Super Moist and Delicious Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups gluten free all purpose flour 1 stick unsalted butter + more for pan 1.2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder 3/4 tsp fine salt 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

3 large eggs 1 1/4 cups sugar 1 1/4 cups pumpkin puree 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease a 4 1/2/8 1/2" loaf pan with butter.

3. Combine together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon. 4.Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.

5. One by one beat in eggs. 6. Gradually add dry mixture and beat ewell. 7. Add buttermilk and pumpkin, beat to just combine well.

8. Pour batter to pan. 9. Bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes. 10. Let it cool completely on wire rack. 11. Slice and enjoy.
