Instructions:1. Firstly cut the potatoes into quarter2. In a large pot add potatoes, salt and sufficient water, bring it to boil.3. Let the potatoes cook well until fork-tender.
4. Heat a small sauce pot, add heavy cream, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Add butter to the mixture and bring it to a boil.
5. Strain potatoes and place in a separate bowl.6. Now add sour cream and half of the chopped parsley to the potatoes
7. Now slowly add heated cream to the potatoes, whisk well while pouring cream.8. Whisk well until the mixture turns creamy and smooth.
9. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder, combine well.10. Garnish with remaining chopped parsley.11. Delicious garlic mashed potatoes are ready to serve.
