instructions:1. Grate peeled potatoes2. In a bowl add shredded potatoes, pour water. Let it sit for a minute. (Do this process 2-3 times)
3. Squeeze out excess water from potatoes then add to a mixing bowl.4. Add flour, chopped onions, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, mix well.5.Divide into 6 portions.
6. Press them down and give it a patty shape.7. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add hash browns.7. Fry until golden brown and crisp from both the sides.8. Serve with tomato sauce, mayo or with your favorite dip.
Tips:1. Always choose starchy potatoes for this recipe.2. Do use non-stick pan to fry hash brown.3. You can top it with some chopped onions to enhance the taste.
