Martha Stewart's Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Scrambled Eggs:
Scrambled eggs are a very popular breakfast made with eggs, butter, salt and pepper and sometimes other ingredients.
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
unsalted butter
1 English muffin
1 tbsp clarified butter
Kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper
Cooked bacon and steamed asparagus for serving, optional
Instructions:
1. Firstly whisk the eggs well.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Next toast and butter English muffin.
4. Keep it warm in a 200 degree F oven.
5. Add eggs and cook, stir it constantly.
6. Cook it until large curds form and are judt barely set.
7. Immediately transfer it to muffin halves.
8. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
9. Serve it hot with bacon and asparagus.
Tips:
1. Skip milk and cream.
2. Embrace the nonstick pan.
3. Use silicon spatula.
4. Do not crack the eggs into pan.
