Martha Stewart's Easy Crepes Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1 1/2 cup whole milk 3 tbsp unsalted butter + more for brushing 4 large eggs

Instructions: 1. In a blending jar add flour, salt, sugar, milk, eggs and butter. 2. Puree until smooth.

3. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or for 1 day. 4. Stir it well before using.

5. Heat a non-stick skillet, coat with butter. 6. Pour 1/4 cup batter, spread evenly. 7.Cook it for 1-2 minutes.

8. Gently flip crepes with a spatula and cook it well from other side until golden patches occur.

9. Take out crepes onto a paper towel 10. Coat the pan with butter and repeat this process with remaining batter.

11. Let it cool completely before using. 12. Crepes can be refrigerate wrapping in plastic wrap up to 4 days.
