Popular Quiche Loraine Recipe

Ingredients: Tart Dough for Quiche All purpose flour for dusting 3 large eggs

10 ounces slab bacon, cut 3/4 tsp coarse salt 2 cups heavy cream 1/3 black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions: 1. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick oa a floured surface. 2. Cut out circle from dough.

3. Press dough on bottom of tart pan. 4. Fork all over the bottom.. 5. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes.

6. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 7. Line a tart sheet with parchment paper. 8. Bake it for about 20 minutes

9. Remove parchment paper and bake it for 10 minutes or until crust turns golden. 10. Let it cool completely.

11. Cook bacon until brown. 12. In a bowl whisk cream, eggs, salt and pepper. 13. Pour this mixture over tart shell.

14. Top with bacon strips. 15. Bake until golden brown. 16.Cool it for 20 minutes and serve.
