Cream Cheese Pound Cake By Martha Stewart

Ingredients: 3 sticks butter + more for pan 1 tsp kosher salt 3 cups all purpose flour

2 cups sugar 8 ounces cream cheese 6 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease and dust a loaf pan, line a parchment paper and keep aside.

3. In a bowl beat together butter and cream cheese until smooth. 4. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. 

5. One by one add eggs and beat well. 6. Add vanilla, mix well. 7. Slowly add flour. combine well.

8. Transfer cake batter in prepared pan. 9. Bake it for 75-85 minutes or until testers inserted and come out clean.

10. Take out pan from oven and let it cool for 25 minutes. 11. Transfer cake on a wire rack and let it cool well.
