Easy Ginger tea Recipe

Ingredients: 4 cups water 2 inches ginger 2 green cardamoms 2 cups milk (boiled) 3-4 tsp tea powder 7-8 tsp of sugar or to taste

1. First peel and crush 2 inches of ginger in a mortar pestle.

2. Crush 2 green cardamoms in a mortar pastel.

3. In a saucepan add 4 cups of water, add crushed ginger and green cardamoms.

4. Boil this water for 4-5 minutes.

5. Now add 3-4 tsp of tea powder, boil it for 2 minutes or until the water gets a deep hue of red.

6. Add 2 cups of milk, simmer for 2 minutes.

7. Now add 7-8 tsp of sugar or according to your taste, simmer for 1-2 minutes.

8. Strain the tea through a tea strainer into a cup.

9. Serve the hot ginger tea with biscuits or cookies, or with Indian snacks such as pakoda, samosa, kachori, paratha etc.
