Flourless Peanut  Chocolate Cookies By Martha Stewart

Ingredients: 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup cream peanut butter 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 large egg, beaten

1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/2 cup roasted and salted peanuts 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate

Ingredients: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, arrange racks. 2. Beat egg, sugar, baking soda, peanut butter and salt.

3. Whisk in peanuts and chocolate chips. 4. Take out small portion of dough and give it a ball like shape.

5. Place dough balls on lined baking sheets. 6. Bake them for 15-17 minutes or until golden and puffed.

7. Remove from oven and let them cool for 5 minutes on sheets. 8. Then transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool them completely.

9. Nutty sweet and salty cookies are ready to enjoy. 10. These cookies can be stored in airtight container up to a week.
