Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

Buttermilk Pancake: Buttermilk Pancakes are fluffy and light with a spongy texture and soft crust. These super delicious pancakes are served with butter, maple syrup or jam.

Ingredients: 1. 1 cup all purpose flour 2. 1 cup buttermilk 3. 1 tsp salt 4. 1 tbsp sugar 5.1 tsp baking powder 6.1/4 tsp baking soda 7. 2 tbsp butter 8. 1 tsp vanilla essence 9. 1 tbsp water

Instructions: 1. In a bowl, add all dry ingredients, mix well. 2. In another bowl add wet ingredients, mix gently. 3. Now in this bowl add dry ingredients mixture.

4. Whisk all together to form a lump-free batter. 5. Heat a non-stick frying pan, spray oil to the pan. 6. Add a ladleful batter to the pan. 7. Using a ladle spread batter in circle.

8. When bubbles appear on top of the pancake, flip it and cook it another side until golden brown. 9. Similarly make all the pancakes.

10. Delicious buttermilk pancakes are ready to serve. 11. Top it with some fresh berries, drizzle maple syrup or chocolate syrup, sprinkle some powdered sugar.

Tips: 1. Do use non-stick pan to make pancakes. 2. Do not overmix the pancake batter. 3. Serve your syrup warm, it will help the butter melt and spreads all over the pancakes.
