Glazed Pecan Raisin Cake By Martha Stewart

Ingredients: 4 cups all purpose flour + more for pan 2 cups unsalted butter + more for pan 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp nutmeg, ground 6 large eggs

2 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar 3 cups pecans, chopped 1/2 cup brandy 3 cups raisins 1 tbsp + 1 tsp orange juice 1 cup confectioners' sugar

Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Butter and flour a Bundt pan.

3. Whisk together flour, baking powder and nutmeg. 4. In an another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy.

5. Add eggs and beat well. 6. Add brandy, mix well. 7. Gradually add dry mixture, whisk to combine well.

8. Whisk in pecans and raisins. 9. Add batter to prepared pan. 10. Bake it for 1 1/2 hours.

11. Take out and invert cake on wire rack. 12. Let it cool completely.

13. Whisk together confectioners' sugar and orange juice until smooth. 14. Pour glaze over cake.
