3 tbsp lemon zest, finely grated1 container part skim ricotta3/4 cup parmesan, grated
Instructions:1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al-dente.
3. Drain pasta, keep aside4. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.5. Add onion and garlic, cook for 4-5 minutes
6. Add kale and cook until slightly tender.7. Add cooked pasta, stir well.8. Add in chicken, lemon zest, ricotta and 1/2 cup parmesan.
9. Season with salt and pepper.10. Place mixture to a 9/13" baking dish.11. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan on top.12. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
