Healthy Chicken Zoodle Soup- A Must Try Recipe

Ingredients: 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts 4 cups low sodium chicken broth

2 carrots, peeled and sliced 2 stalks celery, sliced 1 onion, finely chopped Salt and pepper

1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped 2 medium zucchini, trimmed and cut into thin noodles Extra virgin olive oil Lemon wedges

Instructions: 1. Combine together, 4 cups water, broth, chicken, carrots, celery and onion. 2. Let it come to boil, season with salt and pepper

3. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 4. Take out chicken to a plate, let it cool slightly.

5. Shred chicken into small size pieces. 6. Now add zucchini noodles to broth. 7. Cook for 2 minutes or until just tender.

8. Turn off the heat. 9. Stir in chicken and dill. 10. Season with salt and pepper. 11. Squeeze lemon and drizzle oil. 12. Enjoy hot.
