Healthy Overnight Oats Recipe

Overnight Oats: Healthy quick and easy overnight oats is ac simple breakfast in busy mornings. It can be customized with many toppings and add-ins. 

Ingredients: 1. 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats 2. 3/4  cup blueberries 3. 3/4 cup non-fat milk 4. 1/4 tsp lemon zest

5. 1 tsp light brown sugar 6. 3 drops almond extract 7. 1/8 tsp vanilla extract 8. 2 tsp honey 9. 1 tbsp sliced toasted almond 10. Kosher salt

Instructions: 1. In glass pint jar or in other container, combine  the milk, oats, brown sugar, blueberries.

2. Add vanilla, lemon zest, almond extract and a pinch of salt. 3. Secure the lid and shake well. 4. Refrigerate at least 6-7 hours or overnight.

5. Next morning, top with almonds, drizzle some honey. 6. Delicious and healthy overnight oats is ready to serve.
