Instant Pot Hard Boiled Egg

Ingredients" 10-12 eggs Water for cooking

Instructions: 1. Add 1 cup of cold water in inner pot of the instant pot (for a 6 quart instant pot.

2. Add in eggs, carefully set as many eggs as required. 3. Close the pressure cooker and cook it for 5 minutes on high pressure.

4. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let the pressure release. 5. Take out the eggs from instant pot.

6. Place boiled eggs in ice water bath. 7. Let them sit in water bath for 5 minutes 8. Take out eggs from water bath.

9. Eggs can be stored in refrigerator for up to 7 days unpeeled. 10. Peeled eggs should be used within 3 days.

NOTES:  1. To prevent from cracking, let it come to room temperature before pressure cook. 2. I suggest you to peel eggs right from the water bath.
