John Legend's Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients: 1/2 stick unsalted butter + more for greasing 3 cups elbow macaroni Salt  Freshly ground pepper 1/3 cup skim milk 2 cans evaporated milk

2 large eggs 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp seasoned salt 8 ounce Monterey jack cheese, grated 8 ounce extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated Paprika for sprinkle

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Butter a baking pan and keep aside. 3. In a large pot add water and salt and bring it to boil.

4. Add macaroni and cook it according to package directions. 5. Drain macaroni. 6. Add butter and toss until pasta is coated.

7. Whisk together skim milk, evaporated milk, seasoned salt, eggs, 1 tsp salt, pepper and garlic powder, keep aside.

8. Combine cheese in another bowl, keep aside. 9. Add 1/3 macaroni evenly in prepared dish. 10. Add 1/3 cheese over macaroni.

11. Repeat this process with remaining macaroni and cheese. 12. Add milk mixture. 13. Sprinkle paprika.

14. Bake it for 30-40 minutes. 15. Let it stand 10-15. 16. Enjoy!!!
