Kris Jenner's Most Loved Dish- Rice Pilaf 

Ingredients: 1. 2 cups long grain white rice 2. 1/2 cup chopped onions 3. 4 cups vegetable stock 4. 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

5. 1/2 cup chopped celery 6. 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper 7. 2 tsp kosher salt or to taste 8. 1/8 tsp cayenne 9. 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Instructions: 1. Firstly heat vegetable stock in a pan. 2.While stock is heating, heat a large skillet. 3. Add olive oil, let it heat 4. Add rice to the skillet, stir occasionally until brown.

5. Add onions, celery and cook it for another few minutes or until onions start to soft. 6. Now add salt, pepper and cayenne to the rice, stir well.

7. Add heated vegetable stock into the rice. 8. Cover it and cook it for 15-25 minutes on low heat or follow the instructions on package of rice.

9. Fluff with the fork. Add chopped parsley, mix well. 10. Toasted almonds or raisins, heated peas can also be added to the pilaf to make it more tasty.

TIPS: How to Store and Reheat Rice Pilaf: 1. Store rice pilaf in a air-tight container in fridge for 5-6 days. 2. Reheat it in the microwave or on cooktop. 3. Add little stock, if pilaf is looking dry.
