Lea Michele's Favorite Tofu Scramble Recipe

Ingredients: 1.  16 ounce block  firm tofu 2.  2 tbsp nutritional yeast 3.  1 tbsp olive oil 4. 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

5.  2 tbsp non-dairy milk (unsweetened & unflavored) 6. 1/4 tsp garlic powder 7.  1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Instruction: 1. In a pan heat olive oil. 2. With the potato masher or a fork, mash tofu block right in the pan or you can crumble it with your clean hand.

3. Add crumbled tofu to pan and cook it for 3-4 minutes or until water from the tofu is mostly gone.

4. Now add nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, garlic powder and salt. 5. Stir well and cook it for about 4-5 minutes on medium heat.

6. Add non-dairy milk to the pam and mix well. 7. Tofu scramble is ready to serve. 8. Tofu scramble can be served with sliced avocado, parsley, hot sauce, kale, toast or any other breakfast.

Tips: 1. Vegetables like spinach, kale, chopped broccoli or diced tomatoes can also be added to this recipe. 2. Skip olive oil, if you want to make it oil-free.
