Lip-smacking Molten Chocolate Espresso Cakes 

Ingredients: 1/3 cup sugar + more for tin 4 tbsp unsalted butter + more for tin 1/3 cup all purpose flour

8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp instant espresso powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 large eggs Ganache glaze

Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Grease and dust with sugar 6 cups of a standard muffin tin.

3. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl, let it cool. 4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt and espresso powder. 

5. Beat butter ans sugar until light. 6. Add in eggs, beat well. 7. Add dry mixture, whisk to combine well.

8. Whisk in vanilla and chocolate. 9. Pour batter into muffin cups. 10. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

11. Remove from oven, let it cool for 10 minutes. 12. Spread ganache over top, then serve.
