Ingredients:2 tbsp fresh lemon juice1/2 cup reduced fat sour creamCoarse salt and ground pepper
2 tbsp chopped dill leaves + more for garnish6 Kirby cucumber halved lengthwise and sliced
Instructions:1. Combine sour cream, dill leaves and lemon juice, in a medium bowl.
2. Season with salt and ground pepper.3. Mix everything to combine well.
4. Add sliced cucumbers, mix to coat well.5. Garnish with dill leaves.
6. Delicious and healthy cucumber salad is ready to serve.7. It can be refrigerate, covered for up to 3-4 hours.
