Martha's Key Lime Pie Recipe

Ingredients: 6 tbsp unsalted butter 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup key lime juice 5 tbsp sugar

1 1/2 cups heavy cream 1 tbsp key grated lime zest + more for garnish 4 large egg yolks 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. In a bowl, combine together graham cracker crumbs, 3 tbsp sugar and butter.

3. In a 9" pie plate, press crumb mixture. 4. Bake for 12 minutes or until light brown.

5. Let it cool completely. 6. Lower temperature to 325 degrees.

7. Gently whisk together condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks and zest. 8. Pour into prepared crust.

9. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until center is set. 10. Let it cool completely.

11. Combine cream and 2 tbsp sugar. 12. Whisk until soft peaks form. 13. Spoon over pie. 14. Garnish with zest and serve.
