Mouth-Watering Classic Meatloaf By Martha Stewart

Ingredients: 1/3 cup whole milk 3 slices white sandwich bread 1/2 pound ground pork 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chunks

2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 medium onion, grated 1/2 cup ketchup 1 large egg Salt and pepper

Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. 3. Pulse bread until fine crumbs form.

4. Takeout in a bowl, stir in milk, keep aside. 3. Pulse bread until fine crumbs form.

5. Meanwhile in a bowl, add beef, pork, garlic, onion, ketchup, egg, salt and pepper.

6. Add bread milk mixture, mix gently. 7. Place meat mixture on lined baking sheet. 8. Form into a 9" long loaf. 

9. Bake for 45-55 minutes, brushing with ketchup during baking. 10. Remove from oven, let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
