Popular Red Velvet Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients: 2 tbsp unsweetened Dutch process  cocoa powder 2 1/2 cups cake flour, sifted1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

2 large eggs 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 tsp red gel paste food color 1 cup buttermilk

1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp white vinegar Cream Cheese Frosting for classic cupcakes

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to350 degrees. 2. Line a muffin tin with paper liner. 3. Combine together cake flour, salt and cocoa

4. Beat sugar and oil until combined. 5. Add eggs and beat well. 6. Stir in food color. 7. Add flour aternating withbuttermilk in two batches.

8. In a bowl, stir together vinegar and baking soda. 9. Add this mixture to  batter and mix well.. 10. Evenly divide batter  among cups.

11. Bake for about 20 minutes. 12. Let the cupcakes cool completely on wire rack. 13. Spread frosting and serve
