Ingredients:3 cups cake flour + more for pan1 cup unsalted butter6 large eggs3 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract1 cup heavy cream1/4 tsp almond extract1/2 tsp lemon extract1/4 cup maple syrup2 tbsp unsalted butter1 cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions:1. Grease and dust a Bundt pan.2. Beat butter and granulated sugar until light
3. Add eggs, beat well.4. Add cream and flour, mix well to combine.5. Mix in vanilla, almond and lemon extract.
6. Transfer batter to cake pan.7. Bake for 1 hour 45 minutes at 300 degrees.8. Remove from oven, let it cool.
9. For glaze: Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.10. Whisk in confectioners' sugar.
11. Mix well until smooth.12. Immediately pour glaze over cooled cake.13. Slice the cake and serve.
