Quick and Easy Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar1/4 cup cold water
1 envelope gelatin, unflavored
1/4 cup cold water
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 packages cream cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and cracker crumbs with butter.
3. With the help of a glass settle cracker mixture onto greased deep dish pie plate.
4. Bake it for 10-15 minutes or until set.
5. Let it cool completely on a wire rack.
6. Sprinkle gelatin in cold water, let it stand for 5 minutes.
7. Beat remaining sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
8. Beat in vanilla and cream.
9. Microwave gelatin until melted.
10. Beat in gelatin
11. Place filling to crust.
12. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours or until set.
13. You can top it with mixed berries.
