Quick & Easy Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

Chia Seeds Pudding: Chia seeds pudding is quick and easy breakfast in busy morning. It is made with few simple ingredients.

Ingredients: 1. 1/4 cup chia seeds 2. 1 cup almond milk (vanilla-flavored unsweetened) 3. 2 tbsp + 4 tsp maple syrup

4. Kosher salt 5. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 6. 1/4 cup sliced almond, toasted 7. 1 pint strawberries, hulled and chopped 8. 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt.

Instructions: 1. In a bowl, add almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, yogurt, 1/8 tsp salt, whisk gently. 2. Add chia seeds, mix well.

3. Keep aside for 30 minutes. 4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5. Next day, in a bowl add berries and remaining maple syrup. 6. Add almond, mix well.

7. In serving bowls, spoon pudding. 8. Top with berry mixture. 9. Delicious chia seeds pudding is ready to serve.
