Quick & Easy Skillet Dinner Rolls Recipe

INGREDIENTS: 1 tablespoon of rapid-rise yeast 3 tablespoons of white granulated sugar 1/2 cup of warm water (at 110-115˚F) 1 cup of milk

1/4 cup of melted butter 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 4 cups of bread flour, (or all-purpose flour), + around ¼ extra for dusting your working platform 2 tablespoons of melted butter (for brushing baked rolls)

PROCEDURE:-  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. In a large bowl, mix yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and warm water. Keep it aside for 5-10 mins or until foamy. 

3. In a microwave-safe jug, add milk and butter. Microwave it for about 40 seconds. Now add this mixture to the yeast bowl. 4. Now add 2 cups of flour, mix it gently and then add the remaining flour and mix well for about 2 minutes. 

5. Dust the working platform with dry flour and then knead the prepared dough for about 5 minutes. 6. After kneading transfer the dough back to the bowl, and cover it with a warm damp towel. 

7. Turn off the oven and place this bowl inside the oven for about 45 minutes. 8. Then after 45 minutes, transfer the dough on dusted working platform and knead for 40 seconds.

9. Bring it to a loaf shape and cut it into 6 pieces. 10. Lightly flattened each dinner roll 11. Arrange dinner rolls into greased baking pan

12. Spray with oil, cover with plastic wrap, let rise again. 13. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown 14 Lightly brush with butter and transfer to a cooling rack.
