Simple and Easy Pear Tart Tatin Recipe

Ingredients: 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed All purpose flour for rolling 1 1/2 tsp cider vunegar

1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp unsalted butter 3 ripe Anjou or Bartlett pears, peeled and cut into 6 wedges

Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Roll puff pastry to 11" square on lightly floured surface.

3. Cut out an 11" round  using a plate. 4. Place in refrigerator until ready. 5. Combine sugar, vinegar and 2 tbsp water in a ovenproof skillet.

6. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden over medium heat. 7. Whisk in butter. 8. Arrange pear wedges in a circle in skillet.

9. Cook for 10-5 minutes or until pears are crisp tender. 10. Turn off the heat. 11. Wrap chilled pastry over pears.

12. Place a lid over top of pastry, bake for 15 minutes. 13. Remove plate and bake until pastry is golden brown.

14. Let the tart cool for few minutes. Invert onto a serving plate. 15. Enjoy!!!
