Super Crispy Baked Potato chips By Martha
Ingredients:
2 pounds russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4" thickness
Vegetable oil cooking spray
Coarse salt
3 tbsp olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Grease 2 rimmed baking sheets.
3. In large bowl, add potatoes, cayenne and salt, season with pepper, mix well.
4. Place potato slices on prepared baking sheets.
5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
6. Spread potato chips on parchment paper for 5 minutes to dry.
7. Sprinkle with salt, if required.
