Super Delicious and Moist Black Currant Pound Cake

Ingredients: 1 cup granulated sugar 2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tsp kosher salt

2 tsp baking powder 3 large eggs 3/4 cup yogur3/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups black currants

For streusel crumb topping: 3 tbsp light brown sugar 1/3 cup all purpose flour 3 tbsp unsalted butter 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions: For the Cake: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Butter a 9" springform cake pan.

3. Combine together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. 4. Whisk together yogurt, olive oil, eggs and vanilla extract in an another bowl.

5. Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture, mix to just combined well. 6. Pour batter to prepared pan., scatter black currants over batter.

7. Bake for 30 minutes, then add crumb mixture. 8. Combine streusel crumb topping ingredients in a small bowl.

10. Add butter toto dry ingredients, mix until resembles coarse breadcrumbs. 11. Remove cake from oven, sprinkle streusel crumb topping on top.

12. Return to oven and bake again for 30-35 minutes more. 14. Take out cake from oven, let it cool completely.
