Super Delicious Cappuccino Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients: 5 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped 3 tbsp espresso powder

1 1/3 cups sugar 1 recipe classic yellow batter 5 large egg whites 1/2 tsp cream of tarta

Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Line 24 standard muffin cups. 3. Combine espresso powder and 2 tsp hot water.

4. Add chocolate and espresso into batter. 5. Divide mixture among  muffin cups. 6. Bake them for 20 minutes.

7. Let the cake cool completely. 8. Arrange a large bowl over a pot of simmering water.

9. Add egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar, whisk until mixture is frothy. 10. Beat until soft peaks form.

11. Beat again on high speed until medium peaks form and glossy. 12. Frost cooled cupcakes, then top with some grated chocolate.
