Ingredients:For Crust:38 kit kat fingers2/3 cup unsalted melted butter22 whole graham crackersFor Filling:2 8 ounce packages of cream
2 cups heavy cream1 cup confectioners sugarFor Topping:1/2 cup heavy cream1 cup dark chocolate chips8 kit kat fingers
Instructions:1. In a food processor grind graham crackers into fine crumbs.2. Scrap the bowl and grind until mixture is moistened.
3. Prepare cake pan and assemble 38 kit kat by standing them inside the cake pan.4. Spread out graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of the pan.
5. In a bowl add heavy cream and whip it at high speed until stiff peak form.6. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
7. Beat in confectioners' sugar until combine well.8. Gently fold the whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
9. Chop kit kat fingers into coarse pieces and keep aside.10. Heat a saucepan, add heavy cream and chocolate chips.11. Stir until smooth and creamy.
12. Add ganache over the top of the cheesecake.13. Sprinkle kit kat pieces over ganache.14. Refrigerate for two hours.15. Kit Kat Cheesecake is ready to serve.
