Tropical Baked Oatmeal with Greek Yogurt

Tropical Baked Oatmeal with Greek Yogurt: This delicious and healthy breakfast baked oatmeal with Greek yogurt is perfect for morning breakfast. It is made by baking fruits into the oatmeal then topped with fresh fruits.

Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1 1/2 cup milk or fruit juice 1/4 tsp salt

2-3 tbsp honey 1 cup Greek yogurt Lemon or orange zest 1 1/2 cup sliced pineapple 1 1/2 cup sliced strawberries 1/2 cup coconut chips or shredded coconut

Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F 2. Grease the baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

3. In the baking dish add oats, baking powder, cinnamon powder, milk, honey, yogurt, salt, citrus zest and vanilla extract (optional).

4. Combine all the ingredients well. 5. Top it with half of the sliced pineapple and strawberries. 6. Mix slightly. 7. Top it with shredded coconut.

8. Bake it for 35-40 minutes or until oatmeal bubbling and coconut is toasted. 9. Add lemon or orange juice to pineapple and strawberry slices, mix well. 10. Garnish the baked oatmeal with these fruits and serve.
